Cafe Nes in St Albans is located in Alban Arena by the theatre. It is a busy Italian cafe. There is seating outside and inside although it can get very busy. If you choose to sit outside expect smokers to be there.They serve a wide range of Italian paninis and traditional english food, like all day breakfast and omelette. They also sell cakes like scones and tea cakes all day. You choose a table and someone will take your order. The service can be very slow and you can be waiting 20 minutes to place your order. The food is ok and you get a lot but it only done cheaply. It isn't an expensive place to eat but you get what you pay for. I would go in there more often if it weren't for the really slow service.
