Flomans Hairdressers' Equipment

Having previously received very good service in this shop, I returned to ask for something to remove some hair colour mousse, which should've washed out but hadn't. I was served by a tall chap with greying hair(area Manager I later found out at hairdressers)a sachet of stuff, which he told me if I added hot water to it & only left it on for 15mins max it would remove the red hair mousse without removing the pigment from my hair & it going orange. I followed his instructions, but it still went a luminous orange & has cost me approx.£100 at hairdressers putting it right. He sold me something that can only lighten hair not remove a colour, used when bleaching peoples hair. If the Area Manager doesn't know what he's talking about, how can he know the business?
