  I wish I could get in touch with Phil C and Johnny W as both their opinions echo ours. Am in the process of trying to get a residents association together after 2 years of appalling service. Don't know if either of you can email me through this site to give me any advice. Have another apartment with different Management Company who are absolutely first class.

  Absolutely useless, thieving...The language filters may stop me going any further. I've lived in two flats, on different estates, 'managed' by Trinity Estates. Their charges have only ever increased, their service has only ever got worse. For two years at the first flat we were charged for maintenance of equipment that didn't even exist. One block of flats was left uncleaned for almost two years, despite repeated letters, phone calls, e-mails to Trinity informing them of this. When we refused to pay for a service we weren't receiving, we got solicitors letters from Trinity threatening court action. Do not use this company at all, if they are already the management company for your property form a residents / owners association and sack them at the earliest opportunity. We are now looking to take legal action against Trinity Estates for breach of contract, as once again they are charging us for work which is not being done.

• VERY POOR SERVICE, HIGH FEES

  They are a very unsatisfactory company, poor service, very poor telephone service, lack of communication. Allow people to have laminate floors, dogs, cats, satallite dishes etc. etc. all of which are against the terms of our apartment block lease. All they do is increase their fees without doing the job properly. Avoid them at all costs.
