About Us

Brief description

Plastic injection moulders, specialising in prototype and development plastic injection moulding and toolmaking, excelling in complicated projects. An established family business with exacting quality standards, governed by ISO9001:2008. All industries served including medical, pharmaceutical, electrical, electronic, agricultural, leisure and automotive. The customer designs the part, we make the tooling and sample for approval. Tools are retained and serviced in house on one site in the UK and mouldings are made to order as and when required. Prototype Manumold tools can be modified to be run on automatic Arburg injection moulding machines as demand rises. Short and long runs, assembly, insert moulding, packing and post moulding operations undertaken. Most commodity and engineering polymers used.
