• Not Fit for Purpose

  Further to my earlier review, when they finally arrived to fix a problem with a mobility scooter (having already made several promises as to dates and times but didn't show up) they charged for reapirs but failed to resolve the problem. Utterly useless.

  six years i have dealt with this company who on every occasion have been helpful and friendly. Ian always makes sure the scooter is the best for your needs. The aftercare support is excellent. too. Ian will remind you a service is due and send an engineer to your home to service or repair. Highly recommend.

  I only ever buy small aids from this company and just wanted to say that I find them helpful and curtious. If they dont have the item i require they order it in and contact me straight away for either collection or if they are passing they drop it off at no extra cost, this always happens very quickly i highly recommend three counties.   I have read the reviews and disagree with Maxine T and Daniel H. Maxine has written 2 reviews one about this company and one about a restaurant, both should be removed from this site. Daniel H, have you ever heard of directory enquiries? I have been with three counties a long time and always found them to be very knowledgeable and always go out of their way to make sure that I am looked after. I have had problems with my scooters in the past and they have repaired it immedietly. I recommend them to everyone!

• fantastically brilliant

  I have been with this company for over 10 years now; every time I have visited the shop I have been greeted warmly. There is a friendly atmosphere and the service is brlliant. Just recently I bought a scooter cover from them and it had to be ordered, I couldn't get to the shop so they delivered it for no extra cost. All the staff are friendly and there is a brilliant range of sencond-hand scooters. There is also many other products that suit most mobility needs. A first class service, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

• A pleasure to deal with

  I am In my late eighties and have dealt with Ian and the staff for a very long time only to find them friendly and helpful. They will come to me when I cant get to them. I have never had a bad experience with them and now on my third scooter from them. I can always have a tea there while they are working and this is never any trouble. I can recommend them to anyone
