I have found the advisors and the team at Grosvenor to be very professional but also very personable. They have given me confidence that they have looked into matter thoroughly for me rather than doing what I have exeperienced before which has been to focus on one obvious need, sell me something and then leave me to my own devices! I believe they will carry on looking after me, as they have for many years already. I can recommend anyone else to use them and I am sure you will not be disappointed. If an IFA can do it then they can.
