Just what I was looking for!

Wonderfully relaxed dance class with a big emphasis on fun. I didn't even realise that I was exercising but it certainly did me some good, both physically and mentally as I got away from the kids for an hour. I have signed up for the full course and would have no reservations in recommending. Not just for the fit, skinny and young, a real tonic.
