WARNING!
I will never use their services ever again! I can't trust them again. Last week I left my car at midday on wednesday and got it back the day after, until then I was happy. But two days ago I received a £60 fine from Hemel Hempstead with a picture of my car on a bus lane in the city centre. The day was wednesday and the time was 18:32. I obviously soon realised it couldn't have been me as the car was at the garage. It takes an average of 25 minutes to get from Park Street to where the car was spotted in Hemel (w/o traffic that is), make it return and it's AT THE VERY LEAST 50 MINUTES OF MY PETROL being used for THE MECHANIC'S COMMUTING (I cannot believe that at 6:32 PM he was still testing the car, especially that far from Park St). For all I know he could have used my car for his shopping or a night out as well! That makes me absolutely furious. I went back to the garage and got the money for the fine but I didn't confront them about the rest as the location and time only dawned on me later once at home. I just want to forget the story and them in particular. Be warned and next time check your mileage before handing the keys, I have learnt my lesson.

All work will be guaranteed for 12 months or 12000 miles whichever occurs first, unless the part manufacturer specifies a different period. This will not apply where used parts are used.
