STAY AWAY!
I don't even know where to begin. Not only do they take ages to reply to any email, they will hold on to anything in order to take your money. They do not care about the tenant nor their satisfaction. They will take a long time to get anything fixed and try to charge you outrageous fees, and at the moment of check will do anything in their power to not pay your deposit back. If they ever need to do any major repair, make sure to request a new inventory to be done since their workers will ruin things that you'll have to pay later.The property might be beautiful - but having to deal with these people for a year or more makes it not worth it. STAY AWAY!
