Home County Rentals is an independent residential letting, relocation and property management specialist. Our consultants have been involved with properties for many years and have experience as property owners for the rental market and property searchers.
We therefore have a great knowledge and understanding of the rental sector, allowing us to provide an efficient and personal service to both tenant and landlord.

We pride ourselves on our personal touch to make you feel at home from the start. Home County Rentals offers assistance to landlords by way of a complete letting service.
We will help you find suitable tenants, organise viewings and arrange references.
Our service is designed to relieve you of the time consuming and often stressful tasks that are associated with letting your property.

We also offer a complete management service including, collecting the initial deposit and monthly payments, coordinating with local contractors and regular inspection visits.

As rental providers, our mission is to relieve you of the stress and worry of finding a new home suitable to your personal and family requirements. Once we have fully understood the type of home you require, we will consult our current property listing, and if our portfolio does not yield a suitable match, we shall carry out an extensive search of the desired location, taking into consideration all your needs.

Letting Service

If you are an experienced landlord, investor or a private individual looking to rent your own home for the first time, Home County Rentals will look after your property as if it was our own. Letting your property requires careful planning and can be a daunting experience.
Home County Rentals will give you the confidence and peace of mind that your property is in safe hands. We will provide honest, helpful advice and feedback and communicate with you and your tenant at all times; your interests will remain our number one priority.
Our team will ensure that your home complies with all relevant regulations and will keep you informed of changes in relevant legislation. We are a licensed member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and all deposits will be protected by the Deposit Protection Service so you can be assured that not only is your property in safe hands, your money is too.

Home County Rentals is a member of the Association of Residential letting Agent (ARLA), a government recognised professional and regulatory body, solely concerned with residential letting.
DPS We are also members of the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) it provides protection of the deposit, and a fair independent and expert assessment and settlement of any disputes, if any over its return at the end of a tenancy.
POB In addition we are members of the Property Ombudsman Letting Agent. The scheme provides a fair and independent service in the unlikely event that there are any unresolved disputes.
